Yannick Metz

Yannick is a research assosiate in in the Data Analysis and Visualization group of Daniel Keim at the University of Konstanz since May of 2021. He is interested in building powerful AI tools that humans can effectively work with, understand, verify and trust. To achieve this, he explores interactive tools, visualizations as well as learning interpretable representations as a basis for automated and semi-automated decision making.

He likes to apply these new in diverse domains, such as deep reinforcement learning, computer vision, spatio-temporal modeling or decision making in medical domains.
